The upgrades made the hotel feel much

more inviting than during my last visit. The rooms were cleaner, and the staff was friendly. However, I did notice some lingering issues with old furnishings in parts of the hotel that could use further renovation.

My experience at the hotel was incredibly frustrating. First, I was charged incorrectly for my stay, leading to confusion and potential double charges. Additionally, housekeeping didn't clean our room properly. they claimed we had a Do Not Disturb sign, which we didn't. When I requested fresh towels and clean sheets, I was met with resistance from staff and had to do it myself. To top it off, the floors were filthy, which made me regret walking around without slippers. Overall, this stay was a complete disaster.

A stay in a King Suite with Sofa Bed provided a quiet and comfortable getaway. The recently remodeled spaces added to a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by friendly staff who were always willing to help. Unfortunately, the absence of an elevator posed a challenge, especially given the room's location on the second floor. Additionally, the lack of modern security features on the windows left some concerns about safety. Despite these issues, the pleasant environment would make me return the next time I'm in the area.

I spent 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The jacuzzi suite was such a treat and super comfy. The staff went above and beyond, especially with breakfast—seriously, they offered it earlier for us! But honestly, I’d totally stay again.

Family with children should consider it carefully

The pool area was rather enjoyable and offered a nice spot for the kids to unwind after a long day. There was even a pretty decent breakfast setup that the children liked, especially the DIY waffles!

That issue and the limited breakfast variety kept my stay from being perfect, but overall, the friendliness of the staff and comfortable room made it worthwhile.
